Our riverside Tea Room is run by our volunteers and we intend to open every Sundays and Bank Holiday Monday from Easter until the end of October (11am until 5pm). We also open on other days for special events and on certain weekdays during the school summer holidays.

Tea Room menu includes:

A simple selection of hot and cold drinks
Filled rolls and toasted sandwiches served with salad garnish and crisps
Delicious homemade cakes
'Special of the Day' - savoury and/or sweet, as chosen by the volunteers on duty

Lunch items are freshly prepared  to order and proceeds from the tea room go towards the restoration and conservation of the River Stour navigation. If you haven't visited us yet then why not come along this year? A visit to our tea room is the perfect accompaniment to a river trip!

Tea Room Volunteers Needed!

We have regular visitors who come back to enjoy the friendly and relaxed service we offer at our peaceful, riverside venue. You will be helping to raise funds towards ongoing and future projects.  Please click here for further details

The decking overlooks the Granary Cut and the woodland opposite called Eden-Rose Coppice that is working in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support, aiming to turn run down or unwanted woodland or meadows into conservation areas which have a positive effect on lives stressed by critical illness. Visit Eden-Rose Coppice website.
