Steam, Electric and Boating
Festival 2009
This event is now
being planned and we are looking for helpers, volunteers, boat crews, stall
holders and so on to help make this event even more of a success than last
year. It will be a 2 day event with public boat trips available from the VEC
on the Saturday with events running from the Granary and car park on the
Sunday. Owners of electric or steam boats are invited to attend and enjoy
cruising the 3 miles of navigable River Stour between Ballingdon Bridge and
Henny. The organiser of this years event is Jeff Burroughs who can be
contacted on 07973 220455 or email
jeff@electromobile.co.uk
